Citromax processing plant in Tucumán, Argentina, was certified as an Organic Processing Facility in 2004. It is the largest organic lemon grower and processor in the world. Fritzsche in Buenos Aires and Citromax Flavors in Carlstadt, NJ, received organic certification shortly after. Our facilities are EC 834/2007 & 889/2008, JAS, and NOP-certified.
To meet the growing demand for organic products, we process organic lemons to produce organic lemon oil, concentrated lemon juice, folded lemon oil, and a variety of organic flavors as well as NOP-compliant flavors.
