The product has the characteristic appearance, aroma, and clean taste of lemon juice. It is made from 100% natural, fresh and wholesome fruit of the specified variety and is unmodified in any way. It is not genetically manipulated and does not contain food additives. The product complies with the EU Directives and the AIJN Code of Practice and RSK-values.

Pesticides or agrochemical residues standards comply with SENASA (Argentine), MERCOSUR, CODEX ALIMENTARIUS, FAO/WHO, EPA (USA) and EU rules, Positive List (Japan) and other country regulations. We always conform to the strictest existing regulations. Furthermore, the use of pesticides or agrochemicals at Citromax is below the average of the laws required by Japan and the United States, among others. Moreover, all our products can also be ordered based on organic lemons.

We know that the citric acid content of lemon juice is the most important in final beverage applications, and although the most common traded level is 400gpl, we can customize your product up to 570gpl. We can also manage the amount of pulp per liter of juice from 0.5% to 10% according to customer requirements.
